Last updated: January 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the "Terms") govern the use of the website lumirebeautylab.com and the beauty and cosmetology services provided by Lumière Beauty Lab, Heuvelstraat 87, 5038 NL Tilburg, the Netherlands (the "Company", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. General Information
Lumière Beauty Lab is a modern beauty and cosmetology studio located in Tilburg, the Netherlands. Our licensed specialists provide professional skincare and beauty treatments, including AI skin diagnostics, laser and light therapies, personalized treatment programs, and ongoing skin coaching. These Terms apply to all clients and visitors, both consumers and businesses, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time of your booking or website use applies to you. Material changes will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
2. Services
Our services include, but are not limited to, AI-assisted skin diagnostics, laser hair removal, pigmentation and vascular correction, skin rejuvenation, radiofrequency contouring treatments, and complementary home-care product recommendations. All treatments are performed by certified and licensed specialists using professionally approved, medical-grade equipment.
Descriptions of treatments on our website are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute a binding offer. A binding agreement is concluded only when we confirm your booking, either in writing, by phone, or in person at the studio. Individual results may vary and are influenced by skin type, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare instructions, and other personal factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, although we always aim to deliver the best achievable result for each client.
3. Bookings and Appointments
- All new clients are required to complete an initial consultation and AI-powered skin diagnostic before their first treatment.
- Appointments can be booked by phone, email, or through the contact form on our website. A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us.
- Arriving late may reduce the treatment time available and, in some cases, may require rescheduling.
- You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, recent cosmetic procedures, or medication use before your treatment, as these may affect suitability.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or no-shows, may be charged up to 50% of the treatment price or, for prepaid treatments, may result in forfeiture of the session.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule an appointment due to illness, equipment issues, or other circumstances on our side, you will be offered an alternative appointment at no extra cost.
5. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros and include applicable VAT (BTW) as required by Dutch law. Prices listed on the website or in our price list are indicative and may be adjusted; the price confirmed at the time of booking applies to your appointment.
- Payment is due at the time of the treatment, unless a different arrangement has been agreed in writing.
- We accept commonly used payment methods, including debit card, credit card, and bank transfer.
- Multi-session packages and interest-free installment plans are available for eligible treatment programs. Installment plans require a signed agreement and timely payments as agreed.
- In case of late payment, we reserve the right to charge statutory interest and reasonable collection costs in accordance with Dutch law.
6. Right of Withdrawal and Exceptions
For consumers, the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to distance purchases in accordance with Dutch and European consumer law. However, please note that this right does not apply to services that have been fully performed with your prior explicit consent, or to treatment packages once the first session has been delivered.
7. Client Responsibilities and Suitability
To ensure safe and effective treatment, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information about your health, skin condition, allergies, and medication use during consultation;
- Follow all preparation instructions provided before your appointment, including avoiding sun exposure, retinoids, and exfoliating products for 48 hours prior to treatment;
- Follow the aftercare instructions provided by your specialist;
- Attend a patch test when required before certain treatments, including laser procedures.
We may decline or postpone a treatment if, in our professional judgment, it would not be safe or suitable for you. In such cases, any prepaid amount for the affected session will be refunded.
8. Liability
Lumière Beauty Lab performs all treatments with the utmost care and professionalism. Our liability for direct damage resulting from an attributable failure in the performance of our services is limited to the amount covered by our professional liability insurance, plus any applicable deductible.
We are not liable for:
- Damage resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information provided by you regarding your health or skin condition;
- Damage caused by failure to follow pre- or post-treatment instructions;
- Indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or emotional distress, except in cases of intent or gross negligence;
- Individual variations in treatment results, as physiological responses differ between clients.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion is not permitted under Dutch law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

If you are not satisfied with a treatment or service, we kindly ask you to notify us as soon as possible, ideally within 14 days of the treatment, by email at [email protected] or in person at the studio.
